  • Candidate screening in Our Unified Recruiting Process for Contract-to-Hire recruiting is little different than our regular Contract screening Process. The screening includes the Client’s employment criteria at the frond-end of the contract arrangement

  • For example, the Client’s salary / conversion range is discussed openly with the candidate upfront and is put in writing for both parties, this eliminates any surprises on either side and makes the conversion smooth and effective
